         HB 1280    (Deferred from 21st LD) revise certain provisions permitting decisions of a planning commission to be overruled by other public bodies.



        
         HB 1177*     provide for the issuance of transferable landowner big game hunting licenses.
              Provide for the issuance of landowner-sponsored big game hunting licenses.
         HB 1226*    revise certain provisions related to water project district voter eligibility and qualification of directors.

         SB 17    (Deferred from 21st LD; Removed from Consent Calendar) require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
         SB 49    (Deferred from 21st LD) revise certain provisions relating to the Board of Counselor Examiners' authority to promulgate rules regarding marriage and family therapy.
         SB 39*    (Deferred from 21st LD) provide claims information to commercial property casualty insureds.
         SB 7    (Deferred from 21st LD) establish certain fees to provide for air quality permitting, inspecting, and compliance services to ethanol production plants.
