However, the Department of Game, Fish and Parks may, by written authorization, permit the

owned or leased by the department unless otherwise prohibited by statute. Any violation of this
section which occurs on any land owned or leased by the Department of Game, Fish and Parks
is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Any subsequent violation of this Section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.

be waived by mutual consent of both parties. Any documents or records required to be kept by
law to evidence reduction, deduction, or exemption from tax not prepared for presentation to
