         SCR 5    (SJ p. 359) Urging the Congress of the United States to reauthorize the State Children's Health Insurance Program at the federal level and to increase funding levels or modified state eligibility levels for qualified children.

         HB 1236    allow the Department of Education to enter into certain enrollment agreements with the State of Iowa.

         HB 1241*    (Deferred from 20th LD) allow the Board of Regents to sell certain used computers through university bookstores and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1140    (Deferred from 20th LD) require an annual adjustment to the general fund levies of a school district by reducing local effort by nine million dollars from funds deposited in the property tax reduction fund from the tax on cigarettes and other tobacco products.
         HB 1272    (Deferred from 20th LD) provide for an early presidential primary.
         HB 1160*    repeal the requirement for physician involvement in the execution of a sentence of death.




         HB 1139*     define the status of principal in the education enhancement trust fund and the health care trust fund.
              Create and provide for the education enhancement tobacco tax fund and the health care tobacco tax fund.
         HB 1286*    require that records of archaeological sites be maintained and to provide that certain records remain confidential.
         HB 1005*     appropriate funds to provide services to victims of sexual assault.
              Revise the reporting requirements involving sex offense victims.
         HB 1253*    provide for the establishment of a task force to study the enforcement and collection of financial obligations resulting from criminal proceedings and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1217    require certain signs to identify polling places on election day.
         HB 1240    revise the filing deadlines for the nomination of certain independent candidates.
         HB 1280    revise certain provisions permitting decisions of a planning commission to be overruled by other public bodies.
         HB 1255    expand the duties of the juvenile corrections monitor.
         HB 1151    exempt the sale of coins, currency, and bullion from sales and use taxes.

         SB 18*    (Deferred from 20th LD) revise the chiropractic scope of practice.
         SB 17    (Deferred from 20th LD; Removed from Consent Calendar) require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
         SB 49    (Deferred from 20th LD) revise certain provisions relating to the Board of Counselor Examiners' authority to promulgate rules regarding marriage and family therapy.
         SB 39*    (Deferred from 20th LD) provide claims information to commercial property casualty insureds.
         SB 7    (Deferred from 20th LD) establish certain fees to provide for air quality permitting, inspecting, and compliance services to ethanol production plants.
         SB 15*    (Deferred from 20th LD) require certain immunizations for students attending postsecondary educational institutions.
         SB 94    require a motor vehicle manufacturer to reimburse a consumer for excise tax and license and registration fees if a vehicle is replaced under lemon law provisions.
