         SB 213     require a driver or owner of a moped used on a public highway to maintain a form of financial responsibility on the moped.

         HB 1163     allow certain repossessed motor vehicles to be sold without title in the name of the entity selling these motor vehicles.
             Representatives Wick, Hargens, Krebs, Pederson (Gordon), and Steele and Senators Jerstad, Abdallah, and Gray

         HB 1164     allow auction agencies to sell government consigned motor vehicles on the same day as the dealer motor vehicle auctions.
