         HB 1251     exempt the gross receipts received from certain controlled groups from the contractor's excise tax.

         HB 1292     revise certain provisions regarding tax collection agreements with Indian tribes.

         SB 83     revise the eligibility qualifications for an assessment freeze of single-family dwellings.
             Senators Napoli, Apa, Bartling, Dempster, Garnos, Gray, Hanson (Gary), Heidepriem, Knudson, Lintz, Peterson (Jim), and Smidt and Representatives Hanks, Brunner, Gillespie, Hargens, Haverly, Krebs, Novstrup (Al), Olson (Betty), Rausch, and Van Etten

         SB 96     provide property tax benefits to certain disabled veterans.
             Senators McCracken, Abdallah, Albers, Dempster, Gray, Heidepriem, Koetzle, Lintz, McNenny, Olson (Ed), Smidt (Orville), and Turbak and Representatives Nygaard, Dreyer, Dykstra, Haverly, Lust, McLaughlin, Noem, Pederson (Gordon), Peters, Rhoden, Thompson, and Van Etten
