         HB 1123     provide for the termination of certain parental rights of persons convicted of rape or incest, to provide for restitution in lieu of child support in those cases, to restrict contact with the child, and to provide penalties for violations thereof.

         HB 1194     authorize the disclosure of certain confidential information when a person who is subject to commitment proceedings has communicated a serious threat of serious physical injury against a reasonably identifiable victim.

         HB 1203     restrict the use of garnishment to collect stale judgments.

         HB 1231     exempt certain wages from claims in bankruptcy.

         HB 1242     provide for the reimbursement of attorney's fees and costs for certain reinstated public employees and to make an appropriation to reimburse Mr. Marland Eldredge for such costs and fees.

         HB 1254     establish the elements of the crime of masturbating or ejaculating in the presence of a child and to provide a penalty therefor.
