             (1)    Knowingly release or post any persons's social security number on the internet or any other

media or domain available to the general public; or

             (2)    Require any person to transmit the persons's social security number over the internet, unless the connection is secure or the social security number is encrypted; or
             (3)    Require any person to use the person's social security number to access an internet website, unless a password or unique personal identification number or other authentication device is also required to access the internet website.

     Section 2. As used in this Act, the terms, release, post, and transmit, mean to knowingly communicate or otherwise make available to the general public.".

     On page 1 , delete lines 7 and 8 .
