         SCR 5    (SJ 18th LD) Urging the Congress of the United States to reauthorize the State Children's Health Insurance Program at the federal level and to increase funding levels or modified state eligibility levels for qualified children.

         SB 95*    (JR 7-7) establish a State Board of Technical Institutes, to provide for its powers, duties, and responsibilities, and to provide for the transfer of authority over public postsecondary technical education from the Department of Education to the State Board of Technical Institutes.
         SB 109    (Fiscal Note) exempt from motor vehicle license fees certain motor vehicles used to transport children to and from certain head start programs.
         SB 159    (Deferred from 17th LD) allow a taxpayer who is the subject of an audit to provide evidence after the prescribed deadline under limited circumstances.



         SB 42*    (Deferred from 18th LD) revise the discount provided to tobacco distributors purchasing tobacco stamps and to revise and repeal certain provisions regarding the cigarette tax.
         SB 47*    (Deferred from 18th LD) prevent illegal multiple employer welfare arrangements and other illegal health insurers.
         SB 106*    (Deferred from 18th LD) require certain family members to report sexual abuse to law enforcement authorities, to grant civil immunity for any good faith report, and to provide a penalty for failure to report.
         SB 108    (Deferred from 18th LD) provide for the continuation of certain health insurance coverage for dependents.
         SB 115    (Deferred from 18th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the rule-making authority of the Board of Education.
         SB 127    (Deferred from 18th LD) (JR 5-17 with pending amendment SJ 315) require the disclosure of known contamination of waterways on property condition disclosure statements.
         SB 147    (Deferred from 18th LD) revise the definition of wages for unemployment insurance.
         SB 31    make an appropriation to assist sparse school districts.
         SB 43*    provide for the registration of tobacco retailers.
         SB 48*    adopt consumer protection standards for property casualty insurance claims.
         SB 52    make an appropriation for the purchase of certain property in Brookings County from the Department of Transportation and to declare an emergency.
         SB 101*    establish a governance policy for school boards.
         SB 128*    revise certain provisions related to the Soybean Research and Promotion Council.
         SB 165*    repeal and reestablish provisions to regulate mortgage lenders and brokers.
         SB 184    make an appropriation to reimburse certain family physicians, midlevel practitioners, and dentists who have complied with the requirements of the physician tuition reimbursement program, the midlevel tuition reimbursement program, or the dental tuition reimbursement program.
         SB 185    make an appropriation to fund tax refunds for elderly and disabled persons for property tax and sales tax refunds.
         SB 186    revise the definition of long-term care insurance.
