         HB 1260     repeal certain provisions regarding the treatment of Indian tribes for purposes of unemployment insurance.
             Representatives Van Norman, Bradford, Lucas, and Thompson and Senators Hundstad, Hoerth, Jerstad, Katus, Kloucek, and Nesselhuf

         HB 1282     provide medicaid coverage to certain families with children who have disabilities under the Family Opportunity Act.
             Representatives Engels, Burg, Elliott, Feinstein, Glenski, Halverson, Hargens, Lucas, Miles, Nygaard, Sigdestad, Street, Thompson, and Van Norman and Senators Bartling, Hoerth, Jerstad, Katus, Kloucek, Koetzle, Peterson (Jim), Sutton, and Two Bulls

         HB 1283     appropriate money to fund the state option to purchase medicaid coverage for families with children who have disabilities under the Family Opportunity Act.
             Representatives Engels, Burg, Elliott, Feinstein, Halverson, Hargens, Lucas, Nygaard, Sigdestad, Street, Thompson, and Van Norman and Senators Bartling, Hoerth, Jerstad, Katus, Koetzle, Sutton, and Two Bulls

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
