         HB 1223     reauthorize the construction of nursing facilities on American Indian reservations under certain circumstances.

         HB 1167     require hospitals to report additional information on hospital reimbursements and to report performance outcome data and to provide that this information be available on the Department of Health's web site.

         HB 1168     require itemized statements of charges to patients receiving medical care or services.

         HB 1306     revise certain provisions of administrative rules to authorize medical assistance under medicaid for certain youth on Indian reservations.
