         SB 72    revise certain provisions regarding the liens on vehicles for the costs of removal and storage of the vehicles.

         HB 1073*    (JR 5-17; pending amendment HJ p. 290-292) revise certain provisions regarding identification and recording for products containing pseudoephedrine or ephedrine.




         HB 1131*    (Fiscal Note) increase the amount of funding for conservation and value-added agriculture purposes from certain unclaimed motor fuel tax refunds and to make an appropriation therefor.
         HB 1201*    revise certain provisions concerning public meetings.
         HB 1202*    provide for the notification of certain members of the armed forces concerning screening for exposure to depleted uranium.
         HB 1179    revise the penalty for certain big game hunting violations.
         HB 1235    authorize the trapping and hunting of certain furbearing animals by nonresidents.
         HB 1259    revise certain provisions related to complaints of encroachment by prairie dogs on private land.
         HB 1174    increase the maximum amount for which used motor vehicles may be sold or transferred to be exempt from excise tax.
         HB 1184    require the Department of Revenue and Regulation to collect and distribute the gross receipts taxes imposed on small telecommunication companies.
         HB 1154    revise the provisions concerning the addition of noncontiguous property to certain business improvement districts that have a common zoning designation.
