         SECOND READING OF CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS

         HB 1001    repeal references to certain defunct programs under the authority of the Board of Regents.
         HB 1002    revise the style and form of certain provisions relating to the Board of Regents.

        



         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         SB 127    (JR 5-17, pending amendment SJ p.315) require the disclosure of known contamination of waterways on property condition disclosure statements.
         SB 47*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) prevent illegal multiple employer welfare arrangements and other illegal health insurers.
         SB 42*    revise the discount provided to tobacco distributors purchasing tobacco stamps and to revise and repeal certain provisions regarding the cigarette tax.
         SB 106*    require certain family members to report sexual abuse to law enforcement authorities, to grant civil immunity for any good faith report, and to provide a penalty for failure to report.
         SB 108    provide for the continuation of certain health insurance coverage for dependents.
         SB 115    revise certain provisions regarding the rule-making authority of the Board of Education.
         SB 147    revise the definition of wages for unemployment insurance.
