         HB 1214     revise the provisions concerning the types of taxes that the state may enter into compacts with Indian tribes.
             Representatives Van Norman, Bradford, Dennert, Elliott, Feinstein, and Sigdestad and Senator Hanson (Gary)

         HB 1292     revise certain provisions regarding tax collection agreements with Indian tribes.
             Representatives Bradford, Burg, Elliott, Lucas, Moore, Sigdestad, Thompson, and Van Norman and Senators Two Bulls, Bartling, Katus, Kloucek, Maher, and Peterson (Jim)

         HB 1228     require the secretary of the Department of Revenue and Regulation to mail cigarette stamps by registered mail when requested by any licensed distributor.
             Representative Moore and Senators Koetzle and Abdallah

         SB 41     revise the procedures used to assess and collect unpaid cigarette taxes.
             The Committee on Taxation at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
