         SB 47*    prevent illegal multiple employer welfare arrangements and other illegal health insurers.
         SB 96    provide property tax benefits to certain disabled veterans.
         SB 111    codify legislation enacted in 2006.
         HB 1080*    revise the definition of gross receipts for sales tax purposes.

         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         SB 159    (Removed from Consent Calendar) allow a taxpayer who is the subject of an audit to provide evidence after the prescribed deadline under limited circumstances.




         SB 10*    revise certain requirements and procedures regarding the one-call notification system for excavation activities.
         SB 73    revise certain provisions concerning precinct boundaries and polling places.
         SB 153    provide for the suspension of certain county officials pending completion of criminal prosecutions.
         SB 160*    require timely honoring of rebates and to provide a private cause of action.
