         HB 1144    limit the transfer of contested Public Utilities Commission cases to the Office of Hearing Examiners.
         HB 1150    revise certain provisions relating to deceptive trade practices.
         HB 1180    repeal certain provisions found to be unconstitutional, which required insurers to obtain a countersignature on policies.
         SB 19*    revise the fee for certain licenses issued by the Board of Funeral Services.

         HB 1068    revise the criminal penalty for perjury.

         SB 38    (Deferred from 16th LD) define expansion of an existing building or structure for purposes of the tax refund program for the construction of agricultural processing and new business facilities.
         SB 18*    (Deferred from 16th LD) revise the chiropractic scope of practice.
         SB 17    (Removed from Consent Calendar; Deferred from 16th LD) require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
