         HB 1152     revise the procedures for due process regarding the central registry for abuse and neglect.
             Representatives Cutler, Buckingham, Burg, Dennert, Gillespie, Miles, Peters, and Rave and Senators Gray, Abdallah, Albers, Dempster, Maher, and Olson (Ed)

         HB 1153     revise certain references regarding the reunification of an abused or neglected child with a parent and regarding grounds for termination of parental rights and regarding the operation of the central registry for abuse and neglect.
             Representatives Cutler, Gilson, Miles, Novstrup (David), Olson (Russell), Rave, and Rounds and Senators Dempster, Abdallah, Albers, Heidepriem, Maher, and Turbak

         HB 1249     establish the teen court grant program and to provide for its funding and purpose.
             Representatives Turbiville, Dreyer, Faehn, Gilson, Hills, Krebs, Olson (Ryan), Pitts, Street, and Van Etten and Senators Bartling, Hoerth, Maher, and McCracken

         HB 1158     provide immunity for school districts in facilitating computer usage.
             Representatives Cutler, Deadrick, DeVries, Dykstra, Elliott, Gillespie, Halverson, Hargens, Lust, Moore, Pederson (Gordon), Rave, Weems, and Willadsen and Senators Gant, Abdallah, Bartling, Gray, and Nesselhuf

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
