         HB 1013*    (Concurrence in Senate amendments; SJ p. 206) revise certain provisions regarding the standards for fire-resistant state buildings.
         HB 1081*    (Concurrence in Senate amendments; SJ p. 282) revise certain provisions to provide that motor vehicle license plates remain with the owner of the plates.

         HB 1164    allow auction agencies to sell government consigned motor vehicles on the same day as the dealer motor vehicle auctions.
         HB 1204    revise fees for renewal stickers that are placed on special motor vehicle license plates for certain military veterans.
         HB 1143    repeal the limitation on liability of local government agencies and their employees for year 2000 litigation.

         HB 1019    (Deferred from 14th LD) create and provide for the rodent control fund and to validate the Department of Agriculture's authority to sell rodent control products.
         HB 1073*    (Deferred from 14th LD) revise certain provisions regarding identification and recording for products containing pseudoephedrine or ephedrine.
         HB 1108*    revise certain provisions regarding when and by whom chemical dependency evaluations occur after a conviction of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
         HB 1163    allow certain repossessed motor vehicles to be sold without title in the name of the entity selling these motor vehicles.
         HB 1128    revise the provisions concerning the accumulation of funds by counties for capital outlay purposes.
         HB 1130    increase the level of expenditures that may be incurred before requiring the advertisement for bids for the purchase of materials, supplies, or equipment.
         HB 1156    revise certain requirements concerning the pay and qualifications of petition circulators.

         SB 22*    (Deferred from 15th LD) prohibit the filing of tariffs for certain telecommunications services and to impose certain requirements regarding the availability of telecommunications services information.
         SB 58*    (Deferred from 15th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority.
         SB 11*    (Deferred from 15th LD) revise certain provisions related to the licensing of commercial drivers.
         SB 21    revise certain requirements for the siting of energy facilities.

         SB 17    (Removed from Consent Calendar) require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
         SB 49    (Deferred from 15th LD) revise certain provisions relating to the Board of Counselor Examiners' authority to promulgate rules regarding marriage and family therapy.
         SB 39*    provide claims information to commercial property casualty insureds.
