         HB 1146     establish education service agencies to provide services to school districts on a regional basis and to make an appropriation therefor.

         HB 1221     appropriate money to enhance career and technical education in the state.

         HB 1149     prohibit the firing of a firearm at any school building, vehicle, or premises.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

         HB 1106     allow a school district to give priority to certain students who apply for open enrollment.

         HB 1116     allow a school district to deny an application for open enrollment or to return an open- enrolled student to the resident district for disciplinary reasons.
