         HB 1122    revise and update the references to the building codes.
         SB 16    prohibit advertising chiropractic services without first obtaining a license.
         SB 17    require each applicant for licensure as a chiropractor in South Dakota or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.
         SB 20    require a bachelor's degree for persons applying for a chiropractic license.

         HB 1121    (Deferred from 14th LD) provide for the purchase, sale, or transfer of certain solid waste or recyclable materials by local government entities and to revise certain provisions related to the operation of solid waste and recycling facilities.
         HB 1090    (Deferred from 14th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the explanation of ballot issues and to provide for the procedure to challenge such explanations.
         HB 1091    (Deferred from 14th LD) permit magistrate courts to administer adult probationary drug court programs under certain circumstances.



        
         HB 1018*    make an appropriation for the control and suppression of pine beetles in Custer State Park.
         HB 1075*    make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1186    revise the composition of the Commission on Health Care.
         HB 1161    revise the elements of the crime of first degree robbery.

         SB 26    (Deferred from 14th LD) repeal certain provisions regarding the Advanced Reading Enhancement Program.
         SB 27    (Deferred from 14th LD) repeal certain provisions regarding the Office of Educational Technology.
         SB 28    (Deferred from 14th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the mileage allowance for transportation of children in need of special education or services.
         SB 29    (Deferred from 14th LD) repeal the requirement to report the names of students who are deaf, blind, or visually impaired.
         SB 23    (Deferred from 14th LD) revise certain exceptions from the definition of unsolicited telephone calls.

         SB 38    define expansion of an existing building or structure for purposes of the tax refund program for the construction of agricultural processing and new business facilities.
