SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS
* Refer to Daily Reader for engrossed (amended) bill

SB 76    (JR 5-17 with pending amendment SJ p.221) revise certain provisions regarding health care decisions by agents.
SB 70*     repeal the regulation of massage therapists.
     Revise certain fees, continuing education requirements, and examination requirements for massage therapists.
SB 89*    adopt the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act.
SB 92    increase the real estate transfer fee.
SB 94    require a motor vehicle manufacturer to reimburse a consumer for excise tax and license and registration fees if a vehicle is replaced under lemon law provisions.
SB 103    provide for the appointment of members of the Brand Board by district.
