         HB 1080*    revise the definition of gross receipts for sales tax purposes.
         HB 1102    revise certain provisions related to the establishment of proof of compliance with applicable standards as due care in certain utility negligence claims.

         SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS
         * Refer to Daily Reader for engrossed (amended) bill

         HB 1010*    (Deferred from 10th LD) make an appropriation to provide for the renovation of the nursing care building on the South Dakota Veterans' Home campus.
         HB 1024*    revise certain provisions regarding application for game and fish licenses and preference points.
         HB 1104*    revise certain township powers related to water and sewerage systems.
         HB 1111*    permit local government officials and employees to use electronic payments and to permit the state and its political subdivisions to accept electronic payments.
         HB 1105    revise certain provisions related to immunity from civil liability for the placement and use of automated external defibrillators.
         HB 1117    permit the extending of the duration of protection orders.
         HB 1119    revise certain provisions concerning mechanics' or materialmen's liens.
         HB 1124    add the solicitation to commit a crime to certain criminal provisions.



         HB 1084    revise the property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.

         SB 49    (Deferred from 11th LD) revise certain provisions relating to the Board of Counselor Examiners' authority to promulgate rules regarding marriage and family therapy.
         SB 66    (Deferred from 11th LD) include additional professions and occupations within the child support collection process.
         SB 26    (Deferred from 11th LD) repeal certain provisions regarding the Advanced Reading Enhancement Program.
         SB 27    (Deferred from 11th LD) repeal certain provisions regarding the Office of Educational Technology.
         SB 28    (Deferred from 11th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the mileage allowance for transportation of children in need of special education or services.
         SB 29    (Deferred from 11th LD) repeal the requirement to report the names of students who are deaf, blind, or visually impaired.
         SB 23    revise certain exceptions from the definition of unsolicited telephone calls.
         SB 24    update certain citations to federal regulations regarding the pipeline safety inspection and to revise certain provisions regarding the assessment of pipeline inspection fees.
         SB 22*    prohibit the filing of tariffs for certain telecommunications services and to impose certain requirements regarding the availability of telecommunications services information.
         SB 58*    revise certain provisions regarding the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority.
