         SB 8    regulate natural gas produced with water unless the gas is used for personal purposes.
         SB 72    revise certain provisions regarding the liens on vehicles for the costs of removal and storage of the vehicles.

         SB 71    (Deferred from 10th LD) repeal certain statutes and references regarding obsolete accounting funds.
         SB 74    (Deferred from 10th LD) revise certain provisions regarding health care decisions for persons incapable of giving consent.
         SB 76    (Deferred from 10th LD) revise certain provisions regarding health care decisions by agents.




         SB 78    (Deferred from 10th LD) revise the rights of creditors of limited liability companies.
         SB 9    require water pollution control permits for certain concentrated animal feeding operations.
