HB 1089* define the term, consideration, as it relates to the payment of fees for certain transfers
or exchanges of real property.
HB 1103 revise certain requirements of vehicle and boat dealers to post damage disclosure
statement notices.
HB 1112 revise certain provisions regarding the transportation of fur-bearing animals.
SB 12 revise certain provisions required to obtain an instruction permit to drive.

HB 1058 (Deferred from 9th LD) revise certain provisions related to the placement of juveniles
under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections.
HB 1040 (Deferred from 9th LD) repeal the manager license, revise the requirements for a salon
license, and revise the requirements for an instructor license with regard to the
practice of cosmetology.
HB 1020 (Deferred from 9th LD) permit the South Dakota Department of Agriculture to
contract with individual firefighters and support personnel.
HB 1035* (Removed from Consent Calendar; Deferred from 9th LD) revise the required grade
levels for assessment of writing skills.
HB 1037* (Removed from Consent Calendar) repeal certain health certification requirements
of school employees.
HB 1033* (Deferred from 10th LD) impose sanctions on schools and certified school personnel
for compromising the integrity of a state-required academic achievement test.
HB 1077* impose a tax on the net revenues of intermediate care facilities for the mentally

SB 27 repeal certain provisions regarding the Office of Educational Technology.
SB 28 revise certain provisions regarding the mileage allowance for transportation of
children in need of special education or services.
SB 29 repeal the requirement to report the names of students who are deaf, blind, or visually
impaired.
