         HB 1016    exempt law enforcement and emergency vehicle accidents and convictions from certain driving records.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Bureau of Administration

         HB 1090     revise certain provisions regarding the explanation of ballot issues and to provide for the procedure to challenge such explanations.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1092     permit court services officers to monitor compliance with certain prescribed regimens.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1094     specify the admonishment of jurors during court adjournments.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1095     provide for and revise the wording of certain judicial oaths.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice

         HB 1096     clarify certain provisions concerning the place where certain trials shall take place.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Chief Justice


        
NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If
         circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting
         of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has
         had a hearing.
