Presentation by Attorney General Larry Long.

HB 1015     revise certain provisions regarding the required identification of authorized emergency vehicles.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Bureau of Administration

         HB 1016     exempt law enforcement and emergency vehicle accidents and convictions from certain driving records.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Bureau of Administration

         HB 1057     require certain information in a judgment of conviction for persons sentenced to the state penitentiary.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

         HB 1058     revise certain provisions related to the placement of juveniles under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

         HB 1059     provide for the sharing of certain child protection records.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
