HB 1141 (Veto Message HJ p742) provide standards for interpreting for the deaf and hard-of-
hearing by requiring national interpreter certification and to repeal the state
certification process and replace it with registration.

received by the state through the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement and to

sole purpose of providing a site for the operation of instructional, research and
