CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEES

         HB 1128    (HJ p. 769) increase the rate of taxation that municipalities may impose on certain goods and services.
              Revise certain provisions concerning the valuation of agricultural land for ad valorem taxation.
         HB 1167    (HJ 33rd LD) create a tax relief fund and to dedicate certain sales and use tax revenue received by the state through the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement and to provide compensation to certain retailers for collecting and remitting the sales tax.

         SC 11    (SJ 33rd LD) Honoring Patricia (Pat) Adam for her exceptional service to the State of South Dakota and the South Dakota Senate.

         HB 1238    authorize the Board of Regents to purchase certain real property for the sole purpose of providing a site for the operation of instructional, research and service programs delivered through institutions established by the Legislature and governed by the Board of Regents, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1244    transfer funds from the property tax reduction fund, to make an appropriation to construct instructional classrooms, and to declare an emergency.
