increase the rate of taxation that municipalities may impose on certain
goods and services.
Revise certain provisions concerning the valuation of agricultural land for ad valorem

HB 1167 (HJ 33rd LD) create a tax relief fund and to dedicate certain sales and use tax revenue
received by the state through the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement and to
provide compensation to certain retailers for collecting and remitting the sales tax.
