The meeting was called to order by Chair Cutler

Chair Cutler asked for suggestions from the committee for interim studies.

Attorney General Larry Long presented an overview of his proposed 24/7 DUI Testing Program, which is an option for an interim study.

MOTION:     REPRESENTATIVE HALEY MADE THE MOTION TO SUBMIT ATTORNEY GENERAL LONG'S 24/7 TESTING PROGRAM TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD FOR AN INTERIM STUDY.

Action:    Prevailed by voice vote.

MOTION:     REPRESENTATIVE VAN NORMAN SUGGESTED THAT THE RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY THE EQUAL JUSTICE REPORT BE A TOPIC SUBMITTED TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD FOR AN INTERIM STUDY.
