              Appropriate money to the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority and declare an emergency.
         SB 130*#    impose the 911 monthly telephone surcharge to prepaid telephone calling services.
         SB 83*#    increase the length of time for which nationally certified teachers may receive stipends.
         SB 73*#    allow certain federally activated military personnel to be issued replacement elk, bighorn sheep, or mountain goat hunting licenses.
         SB 81*#     revise the index factor for determining the per student allocation for school districts.
              Prohibit the acquiring or selling of certain communications records.
         SB 99*#    establish a task force to study sexual assault and to provide for its composition, scope, and administration.

         SB 57*    revise the definition of deceptive acts and practices and to increase the statute of limitations regarding deceptive trade practices.



        
         SB 198*     repeal certain provisions regarding the reduction in state aid to education based on school district general fund balances, to appropriate funds to increase funding to education and assist sparse school districts, and to increase the distribution from the education enhancement trust fund.
              Appropriate money for nonrecurring education enrichment.

         HC 1024    (HJ p. 687) Honoring the Pierre Junior Shooters' BB Gun Team for winning the 40th Annual International BB Gun Championship match in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on July 2-3, 2005.
         HC 1025    (HJ p. 688) Honoring Jason Frerichs from Wilmot, South Dakota, for being named American Star in Agricultural Placement when he received the American FFA Degree at the past National FFA Convention.
