     37-24-31.   Any person who claims to have been adversely affected by any intentional act or a practice otherwise declared to be unlawful by § 37-24-6 subdivision 37-24-6(1) or by any act or practice declared to be unlawful by subdivisions 37-24-6(2) to (13), inclusive, shall be permitted to bring a civil action for the recovery of actual damages suffered as a result of such act or practice. ".
