         HB 1081*    (Deferred from 29th LD)exempt from the sales and use taxes certain maintenance items used on agricultural machinery and equipment and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1093*    (Deferred from 29th LD) establish certain criteria regarding the construction and sale of homes by a state agency or the South Dakota Housing Development Authority.

              Require the Department of Education to include proposed legislation in the final report of the study of school funding, and to submit it to the Governor.
