         SB 112     provide for an order of joint physical care over certain children whose parents exercise joint legal custody.
             Senators Kooistra, Gray, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Hunt, Gassman, Kroger, Lange, McCoy, and Sebert

         SB 159*     prohibit certain civil penalties on dishonored checks and to revise the duties of the state's attorneys with respect thereto.
             Senators Gray, Abdallah, Broderick, Kelly, Knudson, Moore, Olson (Ed), Smidt, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Cutler, Haley, Hargens, Hennies, Jensen, and Turbiville

         SB 57*     revise the definition of deceptive acts and practices and to increase the statute of limitations regarding deceptive trade practices.
