         HB 1075*    (Concurrence in Senate amendment; SJ p. 405) revise certain provisions relating to the disposition of confiscated weapons and firearms.
         HB 1082*    (Concurrence in Senate amendment; SJ p. 381) provide for uniform jurisdiction in the regulation of certain seed, commercial fertilizer, commercial feed, animal remedies, and pesticide.

         SB 165*     establish a position within the Legislative branch of government to research the development of nuclear energy in South Dakota.
              Appropriate money to the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority and declare an emergency.
         SB 172    authorize certain nonresident members of the South Dakota National Guard to qualify for resident tuition rates.
