         SB 143*     make an appropriation to the state fair.
             Senators Sutton (Duane) and Napoli and Representatives Tidemann, Frost, Haverly, and Peters

         SB 168     appropriate money for enhancement of secondary career and technical education.
             Senators Smidt, Adelstein, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Wick, Kroger, McCoy, Roberts, Sebert, and Van Etten

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

         SB 19*     revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2006 regarding appropriations to the Board of Regents.

         SB 100     revise certain provisions regarding state fund condition statements.
             Senators Apa, Bartling, Earley, Gant, Greenfield, Hanson (Gary), Koskan, Napoli, Smidt, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Putnam, Dennert, Glenski, Haverly, Hunhoff, Klaudt, Peters, Rausch, and Tidemann

         SB 154     revise the distribution from certain constitutionally created trust funds and to declare an emergency.
             Senators Earley, Apa, Bartling, Gant, Greenfield, Napoli, Smidt, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Klaudt, Dennert, Haverly, Hunhoff, Peters, and Rausch
