         SB 20*#    authorize the Board of Regents to construct a new dairy manufacturing plant at South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 21*#    authorize the Board of Regents to construct a manure separator for the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 22#    authorize the Board of Regents to transfer title to a T-28 experimental aircraft from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology to the Strategic Air and Space Museum.
         SB 23*#    authorize the Board of Regents to construct a livestock feed storage room as an addition to the livestock feed facility at the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station Southeast Research Farm and to make an appropriation therefor.

         SB 200*    authorize the risk pool board to allow additional enrollees into the risk pool under certain circumstances.
         SB 201    revise the risk pool reimbursement method for certain health care providers.

         HC 1017    (HJ 25th LD) Honoring Ernie and Laurel Nemec, owners of Ernie's Building Center in Midland, for being named the 2006 South Dakota Retailers of the Year.
         HC 1018    (HJ 25th LD) Honoring McKenzie Haley of Winner as the 2005-2006 South Dakota High School Rodeo Queen.
         SC 6    (SJ p. 500) Honoring the Sioux Falls school resource officers and their supervisors for receiving the designation of a model agency from the National Association of School Resource Officers.
