         SB 81*     prohibit the acquiring or selling of certain communications records and to declare an emergency.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Abdallah, Duniphan, Kelly, Kloucek, Koetzle, McCracken, Moore, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Cutler, Haley, Jensen, McCoy, Murschel, Nelson, and Roberts

         SB 87     require a broker to obtain written consent to advertise or market property on behalf of an owner.
             Senators Kelly, Adelstein, Duniphan, Hansen (Tom), McCracken, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Hunt, Frost, Garnos, Hackl, Howie, Koistinen, Van Etten, Weems, Wick, and Willadsen

         SB 108     revise certain provisions defining employer contributions that are not deemed to be wages.

         SB 155     permit salespersons and broker associates within the same firm to form a business corporation or limited liability company under certain conditions.

         SB 180*     require consumer reporting agencies to provide security freezes for consumers who are victims of identity theft.

         SB 194*     revise the definition of wine for farm wineries.
             Senators Nesselhuf, Hanson (Gary), Kloucek, Kooistra, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Dykstra, Bradford, Hargens, Murschel, Pederson (Gordon), Rounds, and Sigdestad

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
