         SB 1*     provide for the mandatory withdrawal of blood or other bodily substances subsequent to arrest for driving while under influence.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Abdallah, Bogue, Koskan, and McCracken and Representatives Hennies, Cutler, Deadrick, Dykstra, Kraus, McCoy, McLaughlin, Michels, Murschel, O'Brien, Rhoden, Roberts, Rounds, Tornow, and Willadsen

         SB 59*     provide for the use of chemist's affidavits in certain parole, probation, and contested case proceedings.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Office of the Attorney General

         SB 69     revise certain provisions relating to insurable interests and to declare an emergency.

         SB 138*      Revise certain provisions regarding the appointment of an agent to receive any legal process.
             Senators Adelstein, Broderick, and Duniphan and Representatives Hennies, Howie, McLaughlin, and Van Etten

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
