         SB 63     include officers of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office of Investigations in the definition of federal law enforcement officer.

         SB 142*     direct the Office of the Attorney General to study open government issues in South Dakota.

         SB 172     authorize certain nonresident members of the South Dakota National Guard to qualify for resident tuition rates.
