     On page 1 of the Senate engrossed bill, delete lines 4 to 6 , inclusive, and insert "Section 1. No person may engage in any act of picketing any funeral service during the period from one hour before".

     On page 1 , line 11, delete " provide " and insert "provided".

     On page 2 , line 3, delete " of actions made unlawful by section 1 of " and insert "under".

     On page 2 , between lines 3 and 4, insert:

"

     Section 3. For the purpose of this Act, the term, picketing, means protest activities engaged in by any person stationed within one thousand feet of a funeral service within one hour prior to, during, and one hour following the commencement of any funeral service.".
