equipment and materials for mosquito prevention and control efforts at the local level
and to declare an emergency.

provide for the posting of a state internet sex registry site.
SB 208 establish and enhance criminal penalties regarding certain sex offenders.
SB 179 direct the Bureau of Administration to provide all of the fourth floor of the State
Capitol Building for use by the Legislature.

HC 1013 (HJ 23rd LD) Honoring Mason Kleinsasser, a senior at James Valley Christian High
School, who has received recognition for exemplary athleticism by earning more than
one thousand points during his high school basketball career.
HC 1014 (HJ 23rd LD) Commending the 2005-2006 Yankton High School Gazelles girls
volleyball team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Volleyball
Tournament.
HC 1015 (HJ 23rd LD) Commending the 2005 Yankton High School Gazelles girls cross
country team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Cross Country Meet.
HC 1016 (HJ 23rd LD) Commending the 2005 Yankton High School Bucks boys cross country
team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Cross Country Meet.
