         SB 12#    prescribe the form of certain ballots used in local elections.
         SB 71#    revise the voting requirements for certain actions taken by the board of adjustment.
         SB 77#    extend the time between a municipal candidate election and a secondary election.
         SB 78*#    (Amended SJ p. 260) revise certain provisions relating to the submission of direct legislation to a vote of the people at a general election.

         SB 204    make an appropriation from the coordinated soil and water conservation fund to the State Conservation Commission.
         SB 205    revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2006 regarding the South Dakota opportunity scholarships.
         SB 150    require the state's participation in the National Sex Offender Public Registry and to provide for the posting of a state internet sex registry site.
         SB 208    establish and enhance criminal penalties regarding certain sex offenders.
         SB 179    direct the Bureau of Administration to provide all of the fourth floor of the State Capitol Building for use by the Legislature.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS

         HC 1013    (HJ 23rd LD) Honoring Mason Kleinsasser, a senior at James Valley Christian High School, who has received recognition for exemplary athleticism by earning more than one thousand points during his high school basketball career.
         HC 1014    (HJ 23rd LD) Commending the 2005-2006 Yankton High School Gazelles girls volleyball team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Volleyball Tournament.
         HC 1015    (HJ 23rd LD) Commending the 2005 Yankton High School Gazelles girls cross country team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Cross Country Meet.
         HC 1016    (HJ 23rd LD) Commending the 2005 Yankton High School Bucks boys cross country team for winning the state title in the Class AA State Cross Country Meet.
         SC 5    (SJ p. 448) Honoring Bryan Ellefson for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
