     The Senate convened at 1:00 p.m., pursuant to adjournment, President Pro Tempore Schoenbeck presiding.

     The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Diane Jackson, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Senate pages Brittany Kerr and Allison Struck.

     Roll Call: All members present except Sens. Apa, Kloucek, and Two Bulls who were excused.
