         SB 67     revise the amnesty provisions for sellers under the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement.
             Senators Knudson, McCracken, and Smidt and Representatives Wick and Dennert

         SB 92*     revise the formula for determining the amount of the sales, use, and contractors' excise tax refund provided to certain new business facilities.
             Senators Knudson, Dempster, McCracken, Nesselhuf, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Dykstra, Cutler, Novstrup, and Rave

         SB 51     revise certain dates pertaining to references to the Internal Revenue Code.
             The Committee on Taxation at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 52     eliminate the requirement for a signature on certain tax applications.
             The Committee on Taxation at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 50*     make certain members of limited liability companies and partnerships personally responsible for certain tax debts.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
