         SB 15     revise certain provisions concerning trademark registration.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Office of the Secretary of State

         SB 28*     revise and correct certain provisions related to the criminal code revision of 2005.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

         SB 57*     revise the definition of deceptive acts and practices and to increase the statute of limitations regarding deceptive trade practices.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Office of the Attorney General

         SB 68     revise certain provisions regarding the administration of trusts and estates.
             Senator Knudson and Representative Cutler

         SB 91*     remove the requirement of providing social security numbers in certain probate matters.
             Senators Bogue, Knudson, and Schoenbeck and Representatives Deadrick and Gillespie

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
