         HB 1015*     authorize the Board of Regents to acquire an equestrian facility for South Dakota State University and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Board of Regents

         HB 1019     revise and redirect certain revenues relating to the state capital construction fund, the ethanol fuel fund, the state highway fund, the water and environment fund, and the state general fund.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Bureau of Finance and Management

         HB 1067*     classify certain persons as residents for purposes of higher education tuition and to make an appropriation therefor.
             Representatives Buckingham, Haverly, Heineman, and Van Etten and Senator Duniphan

         HB 1103*     appropriate money to postsecondary technical institutes for the maintenance and repair of buildings.
             Representatives Haverly, Buckingham, Davis, Faehn, Halverson, Hanks, Howie, Klaudt, Murschel, Peters, Rausch, Roberts, Tidemann, Tornow, Turbiville, Van Etten, and Willadsen and Senators Napoli, Adelstein, Apa, Duniphan, Greenfield, Koetzle, and Two Bulls

         HB 1143     authorize the Board of Regents to renovate Wecota Hall at South Dakota State University, and to make an appropriation therefor.
             Representatives Tidemann, Brunner, Dennert, Glenski, Haverly, Heineman, Hunhoff, Jensen, Klaudt, O'Brien, Peters, and Rausch and Senators Smidt, Bartling, Hanson (Gary), and Sutton (Duane)

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
