         HB 1174*     revise certain provisions concerning business improvement districts.
             Representatives Hanks and McCoy and Senators Adelstein, Duniphan, and McCracken

         HB 1237*     make an appropriation to fund tax refunds for elderly and disabled persons and to revise the income eligibility requirements for property tax and sales tax refunds.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Governor

         HB 1164     provide for the taxation of leased motorcycles and motorized bicycles.
             Representatives Haverly, Buckingham, and Putnam and Senators Napoli, Abdallah, and Duniphan

         HB 1009*     create additional classifications of agricultural property and to revise certain provisions concerning the taxation of certain agricultural property.
             Representatives Rhoden, Glover, Hargens, Howie, Jensen, McCoy, Murschel, and Turbiville and Senators McNenny, Hundstad, Lintz, and Peterson (Jim) at the request of the Interim Committee on Classifications of Real Property Study Committee

         HB 1110*     provide compensation to certain retailers for collecting and remitting the sales tax.
             Representatives Krebs, Boomgarden, Faehn, Frost, Garnos, Hargens, Haverly, Koistinen, Kroger, Miles, Peters, Sebert, and Willadsen and Senators Greenfield, Apa, Duniphan, Gray, Hansen (Tom), McCracken, Olson (Ed), Peterson (Jim), Sutton (Dan), and Sutton (Duane)

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
