costs related to disasters in the state and to declare an emergency.

districts to establish and operate wastewater systems.
HB 1118* (Amended SJ p. 413; Concurrence in Senate amendment) revise certain provisions
regarding failure to stop at the command of a law enforcement officer and regarding
eluding a law enforcement officer in a vehicle.
HB 1147* (Amended SJ pp. 340, 414 and 415; Concurrence in Senate amendments) revise
certain eligibility restrictions related to secondary school extracurricular activities.

provide additional state funding to school districts that offer certain services and
