         HB 1077*    (Amended SJ p.357; Concurrence in Senate amendment) authorize water user districts to establish and operate wastewater systems.
         HB 1118*    (Amended SJ p. 413; Concurrence in Senate amendment) revise certain provisions regarding failure to stop at the command of a law enforcement officer and regarding eluding a law enforcement officer in a vehicle.
         HB 1147*    (Amended SJ pp. 340, 414 and 415; Concurrence in Senate amendments) revise certain eligibility restrictions related to secondary school extracurricular activities.

         SB 24    revise certain provisions concerning the authority of the Public Utilities Commission with regard to AC/DC conversion projects and energy conversion facilities.
         SB 38    increase the annual operation certificate fee for certain boilers.
         SB 40    revise certain provisions regarding the regulation of weighing and measuring devices and the regulation of service agencies of weighing and measuring devices.

         HB 1119*    repeal certain mandatory minimum sentences for driving under the influence, to expand those substances under which a person may be found to be under the influence, and to revise certain driving under the influence provisions for clarity and consistency.
         HB 1180*    prohibit certain acts of child neglect, abuse, and endangerment and to provide penalties therefor.
         HB 1203*    define marital and nonmarital property for the purposes of the division of property between parties at divorce.
         HB 1219*    revise the advice that a law enforcement officer must give any person arrested for driving under influence.
         HB 1013*    make an appropriation to the Board of Regents for the construction, remodeling, or renovation of various structures or facilities on the campuses of the state's universities to provide additional support for women's athletic programs in furtherance of the policies and objectives of Title IX of the Education Act Amendments of 1972.
         HB 1040*    revise the minimum monthly fee charged for care at the Human Services Center.
         HB 1090*    appropriate money for compensatory payments to certain school districts.
         HB 1238*    authorize the Board of Regents to purchase certain real property for the sole purpose of providing a site for the operation of instructional, research and service programs delivered through institutions established by the Legislature and governed by the Board of Regents, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1240*    transfer funds from the railroad trust fund, to make an appropriation for low income energy assistance, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1241*    reappropriate certain moneys to fund sales tax on food refunds.
         HB 1242*    transfer funds from the railroad trust fund to the property tax reduction fund.
         HB 1244*    transfer funds from the railroad trust fund, to make an appropriation to construct instructional classrooms, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1235    increase the compulsory attendance age for school attendance.
         HB 1096*    regulate access to and use of natural nonmeandered lakes and to provide certain penalties.
         HB 1106*     repeal the excise tax on the gross receipts of personal communications system, wireless, and cellular telecommunications companies.
              Provide for a legislative study of the taxes imposed on the telecommunications industry.
         HB 1167*    create a tax relief fund and to dedicate certain sales and use tax revenue received by the state through the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement.
        

         HB 1175*     increase the school term and to compensate school districts for the increase.
              Appropriate money for nonrecurring education enrichment.

         HB 1176*     prohibit certain school districts that operate small high schools from receiving state aid to education.
              Allow the Department of Education to enter into certain enrollment agreements with the state of Minnesota.
         HB 1221*     enhance math, science, and technology education.
              Create a statewide mathematics initiative and to make an appropriation therefor.
         HB 1223*     create an innovative grant program to enhance student completion of the advanced and distinguished high school programs.
              Require the Department of Education to include proposed legislation in the final report of the study of school funding, and to revise the deadline for submission of the report.

         SB 32#    reauthorize a grant program within the Department of Health for the purchase of equipment and materials for mosquito prevention and control efforts at the local level and to declare an emergency.
         SB 11#    provide for the use of electronic ballot marking systems and for the appointment of precinct assistants and to declare an emergency.
         SB 12#    prescribe the form of certain ballots used in local elections.
         SB 71#    revise the voting requirements for certain actions taken by the board of adjustment.
         SB 77#    extend the time between a municipal candidate election and a secondary election.
         SB 78*#    (Amended SJ p. 260) revise certain provisions relating to the submission of direct legislation to a vote of the people at a general election.
         SB 101#    establish the Public Utilities Commission as a separate agency.

         SB 207*    (Amended SJ p. 286) revise certain provisions pertaining to the sale, purchasing, and possession of products containing pseudoephedrine or ephedrine.
         SB 2*    appropriate money for the creation of a circuit court judgeship in the second judicial circuit.



        
         SB 20*    authorize the Board of Regents to construct a new dairy manufacturing plant at South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 21*    authorize the Board of Regents to construct a manure separator for the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 22    authorize the Board of Regents to transfer title to a T-28 experimental aircraft from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology to the Strategic Air and Space Museum.
         SB 23*    authorize the Board of Regents to construct a livestock feed storage room as an addition to the livestock feed facility at the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station Southeast Research Farm and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 37    revise certain provisions regarding fire safety and regarding the authority of the Department of Public Safety to promulgate rules pertaining to fire safety.
         SB 39*    revise certain provisions regarding petroleum and motor fuels testing, quality, and labeling.

         HC 1012    (HJ 22nd LD) Honoring Eric Ransom, a senior at Wolsey-Wessington High School, who has received recognition for exemplary athleticism by earning more than one thousand points during his high school basketball career.
