         HB 1023    repeal certain provisions regarding standards for school district radio equipment.
         HB 1024    repeal certain provisions providing for the appointment of the director of vocational education.
         HB 1070*    prohibit insurers from taking certain actions based on receipt of a notice of hearing and charges against insurance producers and to require that persons receiving such notice also receive notice of the final determination of the matter.
         HB 1075*    revise certain provisions relating to the disposition of confiscated weapons and firearms.

         SB 198    (Deferred from 22nd LD)repeal certain provisions regarding the reduction in state aid to education based on school district general fund balances.
         SB 202*    (Deferred from 22nd LD)make an appropriation for costs related to increased energy costs in K-12 school districts and postsecondary vocational education institutions and to declare an emergency.
         SJR 2*    Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article VI of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to abortion.
         SB 81*     revise the index factor for determining the per student allocation for school districts.
              Prohibit the acquiring or selling of certain communications records and to declare an emergency.
         SB 98*     revise certain provisions regarding age requirements for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

         SB 103*     revise the index factor in the state aid to education formula.
              Exempt from motor vehicle license fees certain motor vehicles used to transport children to and from certain head start programs.
         SB 115*     prohibit the use of state public funds for health services provided out-of-state to medicaid recipients unless the services are not available in state or are required for an emergency.
              Allow a mother to breast-feed her child anywhere she and the child have a right to be.
         SB 121*     provide for the assessment of severed mineral interests and to provide additional funding for the general fund of counties and school districts.
              Clarify provisions regarding the use of railroad rights-of-way by utility companies.
         SB 134*     revise state aid to education to include aid to sparse school districts.
              Revise the distribution of state aid to education, to provide funding for sparse school districts, and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 138*     require the use of an ignition interlock device in motor vehicles used by certain persons guilty of a second violation of driving under the influence and to provide for certain penalties with regard to ignition interlock devices.
              Revise certain provisions regarding the appointment of an agent to receive any legal process.
         SB 143*     create South Dakota Achievement Days, and to make an appropriation therefor.
              Make an appropriation to the state fair.
         SB 153*     revise certain provisions concerning the South Dakota Railroad Authority and the railroad trust fund and declare an emergency.
              Transfer certain moneys from the railroad trust fund to the property tax reduction fund and to declare an emergency.



         SB 188*     exempt the purchase of natural gas, propane, and fuel oil from sales and use tax during a certain time period of the year.
              Prohibit governmental entities from selling certain goods, commodities, and services to the general public.

         HB 1134*    (Deferred from 22nd LD) to revise certain provisions regarding the justifiable use of force.
         HB 1178*    (Deferred from 22nd LD) provide for the establishment of certain honorary trusts and of certain trusts for animals.
         HB 1038    make an appropriation to reimburse certain family physicians and certain dentists who have complied with the requirements of the physician tuition reimbursement program and the dental tuition reimbursement program.
         HB 1071*    amend the composition, supervision, and functioning of the State Seed Certification Board.
         HB 1111    require certain third party administrators to provide reports of claims experience upon request.
         HB 1206*    provide contractors' excise, sales, and use tax refunds for the filming of certain motion pictures, documentaries, television advertisements, or television films.
         HB 1239    make appropriations from the water and environment fund, the environment and natural resources fee fund, the water pollution control revolving fund subfund, the drinking water revolving fund subfund for various water and environmental purposes, to revise the state water plan, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1243    make an appropriation to the Department of Education to reimburse certain school districts for consolidation incentives.
