         HB 1007*    (Amended SJ p. 272, 391; Concurrence in Senate amendments) revise certain provisions related to the composition of livestock brands and to declare an emergency.
        
         HB 1160*    (Amended HJ p. 390; Intent to Reconsider Vote by which Passed) provide additional state funding to school districts that offer certain services and opportunities to students receiving alternative instruction.
        
         HB 1128    (Intent to Reconsider Vote by which Passed) increase the rate of taxation that municipalities may impose on certain goods and services.

         SB 90*    revise certain provisions regarding the approval of plats and the format standards for certain real estate documents recorded with the register of deeds.
        


         SB 33    require each applicant for licensure as a nurse and each licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal background check.

        
         SB 34    revise the quorum requirements for the Board of Nursing.
         SB 183*    provide for distinctive motor vehicle license plates for certain military veterans.

         HB 1210*    (Amended HJ p. 422; JR 5-17 with pending amendment HJ p. 423) adopt the revised Uniform Arbitration Act and to repeal certain provisions regarding arbitration.
        
         HB 1194*    (Amended HJ p. 423, 424; JR 5-17 with pending amendment HJ p. 424) prohibit the distribution of contraceptives to public school students, to prohibit public school employees from referring public school students to abortion or family planning services, and to provide penalties therefor.
        
         HB 1055    (Deferred from 21st LD) appropriate money for trade representation in China, and to declare an emergency.
        
         HB 1236    (Deferred from 21st LD) create the South Dakota Virtual High School.
        
         HB 1197*    revise certain provisions regarding the reduction of unemployment benefits.
        
         HB 1129*    exempt certain facilities used for business incubators from property taxation.
