         SB 157     repeal certain provisions regarding the exercise of the right of eminent domain by a railroad.
             Senators Hansen (Tom), Duenwald, Kelly, Moore, Olson (Ed), and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Haley, Dennert, Dykstra, Garnos, Hargens, Hennies, Jensen, Rave, and Turbiville

         SB 172     authorize certain nonresident members of the South Dakota National Guard to qualify for resident tuition rates.
             Senators Kelly, Broderick, Duniphan, Gray, Knudson, Koskan, Schoenbeck, and Smidt and Representatives Wick, Haverly, Hills, Hunt, McLaughlin, Pederson (Gordon), Peters, Rounds, and Weems

         SB 197     establish a governing board for the post secondary technical institutes.
