         HB 1065*    (Concurrence in Senate amendment; SJ p. 246) extend immunity to certain directors, trustees, committee members and officers of certain nonprofit corporations and to members of certain advisory boards.
         HB 1074*    (Concurrence in Senate amendment; SJ p. 247) provide for recognition of certain stalking or physical violence protection orders as foreign domestic violence orders.
         HB 1114    (Fiscal Note; Intent to reconsider Vote by which Passed) exempt from motor vehicle license fees certain motor vehicles used to transport children to and from certain head start programs.

         HB 1141*    provide standards for interpreting for the deaf and hard-of-hearing by requiring national interpreter certification and to repeal the state certification process and replace it with registration.

        




         HB 1182    allow school districts to expend from the capital outlay fund for some of their mileage reimbursement costs.
         SB 13    revise certain provisions concerning the publication of facsimile ballots.

         HB 1113*    (Deferred from 17th LD) exempt claims related to wildland fire operations outside the state from certain workers' compensation provisions.
         HB 1160*    (Deferred from 17th LD) provide additional state funding to school districts that offer certain services and opportunities to students receiving alternative instruction.
         HB 1246    (Deferred from 17th LD) authorize the state to join an interstate compact for the prevention and control of forest fires.
         HB 1186*    provide a procedure for implementing the standard visitation guidelines.
         HB 1205*    provide for an exemption to the records search fee for attorneys of record.
         HB 1172    revise certain provisions related to the allocation of nonresident big game hunting licenses.
         HB 1212    revise certain provisions related to limited big game hunting licenses for landowners.
         HB 1184    provide that health care providers and institutions need not participate in certain health care services.
         HB 1224    revise certain provisions regarding the prior approval of premium rates for certain health benefit plans.
         HB 1229    revise the classification of certain real property used for residential purposes.

         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS
        
         SB 32    (Deferred from 17th LD) reauthorize a grant program within the Department of Health for the purchase of equipment and materials for mosquito prevention and control efforts at the local level and to declare an emergency.
         SB 11    provide for the use of electronic ballot marking systems and for the appointment of precinct assistants and to declare an emergency.
         SB 12    prescribe the form of certain ballots used in local elections.
         SB 71    revise the voting requirements for certain actions taken by the board of adjustment.
         SB 77    extend the time between a municipal candidate election and a secondary election.
